An Offering to Heavens

The Ramo Hon carries a form emerged from something older than craft — a shape that lived in the hands of those who once stood between the living and the gods, and understood that some prayers could only be spoken through devotion.

Altar of Old Gods

In the ancient Mayan world, there were those the gods chose — spiritually possessed men and women who woke with a fire behind their eyes, who heard voices in the wind that others could not.

They were not feared. They were celebrated. They alone could carry the message between worlds, and they carried it with pride.

And so they came to the altar with reverence and joy. The Ram — its horns curved like the arc of the sun at solstice, its presence noble and unhurried — was a willing vessel, carrying the community's deepest longing upward to the old gods.

When the ceremony ended, a profound lightness settled over the people like the first breath of a new morning. They had given from the heart, freely and fully, and in that giving, proven that what they believed in was worth everything they had.
