Order Fulfillment & Processing Time
Most of our pieces are made to order, crafted with care after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow 7–10 business days for order preparation and fulfillment before your item ships. This estimate is only for small, medium and large size pieces. NOTE: X-Large, Jumbo and Apex sized pieces are subject to additional production times (up to 8 weeks per piece, and up to 16 weeks for size Apex).
This ensures every piece meets our quality and testing standards before it leaves our art studio.
For larger volume orders, custom finishes etc. additional production time may be required due to limited production capacity. We'll reach out to you directly if your order requires an extended timeline.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are in addition to the 7–10 business day fulfillment window.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Tracking is also available by Shop app, downloadable on IOS and Android.
Customs & Duties
🇺🇸 United States Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise charges upon delivery. Your order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
🌍 European Union Duties and taxes are included in your product price at checkout — what you see is what you pay. Your order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
