Order Fulfillment & Processing Time
Most of our pieces are made to order, crafted with care after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow 7–10 business days for order preparation and fulfillment before your item ships. This ensures every piece meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.
For larger volume orders, additional production time may be required due to production capacity. We'll reach out to you directly if your order requires an extended timeline.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are in addition to the 7–10 business day fulfillment window.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)
For orders shipping to the United States, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
