Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. As our products are original art pieces and collectible objects, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Exception — Damaged Goods Only
We will accept returns exclusively for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Upon review and approval, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs for returning damaged items will be covered by us.
We take great care in packaging each piece, but if something goes wrong in transit, we're here to make it right.
