All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Handcrafted Nature of Our Pieces

Every piece in our collection is finished entirely by hand. As a result, slight variations in texture, finish, colour, and form are inherent to the craft and should be expected. The piece you receive may not perfectly replicate the product images shown on our website — these natural differences are not defects; they are a hallmark of authentic handmade artistry and make each piece truly one of a kind.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the handcrafted nature of our products and the natural variations that come with them.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer store credit to the value of the affected item. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any future purchase.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or photos to assess the claim.

 

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it. This helps us file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

 

Order Cancellations

As most of our pieces enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at store@suplesm.com if you need to cancel.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer store credit or remedies for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or style selected at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Natural variations in texture, finish, or appearance due to the handcrafted process
